An Earth-Shattering Fart
What I thought about "A Sound of Thunder" is that the words of the author are very descriptive that you can pictured what the author is taking about. Another thing that I noticed was that "A Sound of Thunder" is easier to understand better than Emerson's Self Reliant. At the end of the story I learned that every action have consequences at the end and that if something was done differently then it was done before even if it was something of no importance it could have a big impact on the world. Like at the end of the story when I think it was Eckels that killed the butterfly and when they got back to the future everything was different because of the choice that he made he changed the world even thought it was something of not very importance bit actually it was very important in history.
